We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. Easy to install and sturdy. Finish is nice. Was a little larger than I had pictured it and doesn't look quite as nice in our small bath as the rest of the accessories from this line do.
