We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. Great mirror that resembles a higher priced mirror but at a much better price. The only problem as I read in previous reviews is that it is very hard to mount. Due to the beveled edge the mount slides off the mirror. Thanks to someone who reviewed a similar mirror that suggested to call the company. I called the company and they sent me felt pieces and additional directions. With the felt piece the mount no longer slides off the mirror. It does take two people to mount the mirror. Overall I am happy with the look and the price. I just wish the company would provide the felt pieces to begin with rather than having to call.

Perfect mirror since it helps bring the mirror closer to the user (helps when need to see closer). Also, it allows both short and tall users see from head to foot with the tilting feature. I will buy a similar mirror for my master bath as well. Very pleased.

It looks really nice now that it's up! My contractor was nervous to install when he first saw it since so much stress is put on the brackets and he didn't like the way the brackets fit on the beveled edge. Plus, there weren't any mounting instructions. I called the company and they mailed me some little felt pads that adjusts for the beleved edge and some "supplmental instructions" -- and then my contractor hung without any problems. Just don't know why they wouldn't automatically include the felt pieces. Again, great look for the price - but just took awhile to get it on the wall!
