Comments about Gatco Designer Towel Bar in Polished Brass:
I bought all the Gatco pieces from this collection, the price was incredible on clearance. They were exactly what I'd been looking for for a Victorian bathroom. Very traditional and old-school. They went up without any trouble and are extremely solid and well-made.

Comments about Gatco Designer Towel Bar in Polished Brass:
I had remodeled my Mom's bathroom as best I could doing all the work myself. I hired a professional only to do the ceramic tile which was all over the tub & shower and partially on the walls. Retiling is very difficult and requires years of experience to master. After the work was complete I realized we had left the three (3)ugly rusted 18 inch towel bars still on the walls attached where there were tiles. These towel bars had special holes pre-drilled into the tiles 2 at each mount for a total of 4 for each towel bar. The holes were spaced about 2 3/8 inches apart at each mount. So I had to find a polished brass 18 inch towel bar with exposed mounting screws spaced 2 3/8--2 1/2 inches apart to match the holes already in the tiles on the bathroom wall. I searched for 3 months and finally discovered the Gatco 1376 towel bar which appeared to fit all these requirements. I oredered 3 and low and behold they fit and they lokked terrific. Much better than I had expected and beleive me I had pretty high expectations. I was thrilled to find this towel bar and very pleased with how great it looked in my Mom's bathroom.
