Just what I was looking for to fill corner space in kitchen. Loved the design. But the interior has a persistent, strong melamine odor no matter how much I clean or try to 'deodorize' it. So I can only store canned items. I wouldn't put it where toddlers or pets could open it or crawl inside, nor put towels inside or anything that would touch the skin. Unfortunately, because of this, I might not recommend it to a friend. Otherwise, it's fine.
